1. Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Timeframe: Request is made within 30 days of purchase
- Download limit: Product has been downloaded no more than once (we allow one trial download)
- Reason: You provide a brief explanation (helps us improve our products)
2. Not Eligible
Refunds cannot be issued if:
- More than 30 days have passed since purchase
- Product has been downloaded more than once (indicates active use)
- You have resold, shared, or distributed the product
- Product was purchased during a promotion explicitly marked "no refunds"
3. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to:

- Your order ID (found in confirmation email)
- Email address used for purchase
- Product name(s)
- Brief reason for refund request (optional but appreciated)

4. Processing Timeline
Review (24-48 hours)
We verify your request meets eligibility criteria.
Approval & Processing (1-2 business days)
Once approved, we initiate the refund via Stripe.
Bank Processing (5-10 business days)
Your bank or card issuer processes the refund (timing varies by institution).
5. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or account.
6. Partial Refunds
If you purchased a bundle or multiple products:
- You may request a partial refund for unused products (not downloaded)
- Bundle discounts are prorated—you cannot refund one item at full price from a discounted bundle
